FTP user names and passwords are created and/or changed through your online control panel. Login to your site administration area, bring up the 'Modify User Settings' screen. Enter your new password in the password fields, both password fields must be entered. Then save your changes. Note that a 'user name' cannot be directly modified. A user must be added and the old user removed to replace the users name. Please note: if a user is removed and the user owns some files (pages, graphics, etc) on the server you MUST change the ownership BEFORE removing the old users name. Failing to do so will result in the inability of any user to modify the deleted users files.
